    This training brings together drawing techniques adapted to the representation of jewelry. You learn to visually formulate a jewelry project (sketch, technical drawing, …) as well as to develop it until the final rendering.

    Topics covered and tools available during the training

    • The handling of tools:  pencils, markers, brushes, papers, …
    • The stages of realization of a project:  from the sketch to the final rendering.
    • Exercises on volume and details, clean and range shadow.
    • Draw the materials:  cut stones, cabochons, pearls, gold, etc.
    • Plan, Face, Profile: represent the jewel from different angles of view.
    • The finishes of precious metals:  glossy metal, frosted, hammered, brushed …
    • Staging of rings, necklaces, bracelets, etc.
    • The role of drawing as a means of communication.

    The courses are arranged according to your availability

    The dates & times of the courses are to be agreed between the student and the teacher. The schedules are Monday to Friday from 9am to 12pm and from 2pm to 5pm, and Saturday from 9am to 12pm. If you are not available during the day, a range can be agreed in the evening from 6pm to 9pm (except Saturday and Sunday).

    The total duration of the course is 30 hours, ten lessons of three hours.

    Price of the course, 900 CHF.

    This course is taught by Samuel Arredondo, in charge of the creative pole at DAVID CRAFT.

    A certificate is delivered attesting to the follow-up of the course.
